Export WordPress Links with LinkGather



This plugin will allow you to export the web addresses for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

You can download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

When you have installed the plugin, you can start using it.

Guide


A new menu item on the options side of your admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

Clicking on the Home title, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links title to move you to the page that will show all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few links in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has here also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in CSV design.

Page Links


The procedure above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same method as those above, however, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created export WordPress URLs by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not click here have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
